Trading looked promising last evening as the PA rose for some long entry profit. We even had a nice range run to the LB in the pre open that looked promising. It fail as did the one near 10:45 AM EST. Two FBO's and a LH failed test the PA rolled over and ran the range for a BO-15 run. ES was a bit over sold and some bulls pushed the price back to the 1215 area.
The outlook, expecting a gap up for Rth charters tomorrow. ES natural range is 1215-1272, with NQ at 2273-2382. All depends upon the Euro crisis. I spoke in the past that Europe without the Euro was feared more than the unity with the Euro. I hope they remember that. It is becoming difficult for them.
We still see the "haves" and the "have not". It will be difficult for Italy to continue to borrow Billions just to pay the debt interest. Some pressure by Germany and France on the banking system and debt holders will be needed. Too bad we don't have Jubilee- forgive debt, start over.
